Jump to navigationJump to searchThe South Fraser County Department of Justice is the prosecution authority for the Lower Mainland, British Columbia county of South Fraser. It is headed by South Fraser County Secretary of Justice and the South Fraser County Crown Attorney, and is responsible for representing the prosecution in all county courts, which are the lowest level of court in British Columbia, below the provincial and federal level. The department consists of several Deputy County Crown Attorneys and their paralegal and administrative teams. It has its headquarters in the county seat of Surrey.
