The South Parliament Building (Arabic: بناية برلمان الجنوبية banāyat barlamān al-janūbīyah) is a neoclassical forum building located on the south side of Parliament Square in Nasser City, which is the official meeting place of the Council of Deputies, one of two chambers of the bicameral Arab Congress, the legislative branch of the federal government of the Arab Union. It is virtually a mirror image of the North Parliament Building, which sits opposite the South Parliament Building on the north side of Parliament Square and houses the Council of Republics, the other chamber of the Arab Congress.

Both the South and North Parliament Buildings were constructed between 1989 and 1993, to house the newly established bicameral Arab Congress, which had previously operated as a unicameral assembly out of Republican Hall, now the headquarters of the Council of Ministers (the executive branch of federal government). The Council of Deputies had its first session in the South Parliament Building on 1 December 1993. Republican Hall is still used by the Arab Congress for joint sessions and joint plenary sessions of both chambers of the Arab Congress, as neither parliament buildings have enough space to host both chambers simultaneously in a plenary session.
