The Supreme Court of Killarney (Killarne: Ghuírlæs Bearra Kilharní) is the final appellate court and highest court within the judicial system of the Kingdom of Killarney. Immediately subordinate is the Killarney Court of Appeal, the Killarney National Tribunal Service, and finally the 27 county courts each responsible for one of the counties of Killarney.

The great majority of civil and criminal matters are first tried in the county court of the county with legal jurisdiction. Verdicts of county courts can be appealed at the Killarney Court of Appeal, whose own rulings can be appealed a final time in the Supreme Court. Most matters affecting two or more counties are tried in a national tribunal, an itinerant court which sets up in county courthouses to hear cases of national jurisdiction which do not merit the attention of the Supreme Court. Verdicts of a national tribunal can also be appealed in the Court of Appeal and ultimately the Supreme Court; the only cases heard first by the Supreme Court are those cases affecting the kingdom as a whole or a large part of the kingdom (thus falling under national jurisdiction) and which are serious enough to mandate the Supreme Court's immediate attention.
