The Supreme Court of Morocco (Arabic: المحكمة العليا المغربية al-maḥkamah al-‘ulyā al-maghribīyah) is the highest body of the judicial branch of the republican government of Morocco, one of 20 republics of the Arab Union. Immediately below the Supreme Court of Morocco is the Moroccan Court of Appeals, below which lay the multiple circuit and district courts which make up the judicial system in Morocco. The only courts superior to the Supreme Court of Morocco are the Arab Union Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the Arab Union.
