The Transportation Security Directorate (Arabic: ادارة امن النقل idārat al-amn an-naql) is an agency of the Ministry of Interior of Palestine. It is responsible for overseeing and ensuring public and operational security of the nation's transportation network, from roads, buses and trains to air and marine travel. For example, the directorate oversees the public security service on intercity train routes, as well as the outgoing security checks at international airports and both incoming and outgoing at domestic airports (incoming international travellers being subject instead to the jurisdiction of the federal government's Customs Directorate).
