The Territorial Sheriff Service of the Turks and Caicos Islands is one of two law enforcement agencies in the Canadian insular territory of the Turks and Caicos Islands which answer to the territorial government via the Turks and Caicos' Ministry of Solicitor-General, the other agency being the Turks and Caicos Territorial Police. The primary responsibilities of the Turks and Caicos Sheriff Service consist of operating all prisons, remand centres and related correctional infrastructure, providing security and ensuring order in the territory's courts of law, and transporting detainees and prisoners to/from/between jails, prisons, courthouses and remand centres. Standard policing is the primary responsibility of the Turks and Caicos Territorial Police; however, sworn deputies of the Turks and Caicos Sheriff Service are considered peace officers, and as such are empowered to act as regular civilian police, which they usually only do when called upon to assist the Turks and Caicos Territorial Police or the Royal Canadian Mounted Police's "J Division".

The Turks and Caicos Sheriff Service has its headquarters in the territorial capital of Providence, and maintains offices in the territory's courthouses whose assigned sheriff's deputies are responsible for acting as court bailiff.
