University Heights, Saskatchewan

University Heights is a city in the northeastern metropolitan area of Saskatoon, and a lower-tier municipality of Caswell Hill home to a population of 229,900. It is home to several campuses of the University of Saskatchewan, St. Andrew's University of Saskatoon and Horizons University, all three of which also feature campuses in Downtown Saskatoon and other cities of the province. In addition to university and college campus institutions, libraries and study halls, University Heights also hosts many aspects of the local student housing, both university-provided and privately rented. Approximately 33% of all citizens and 56% of renters of University Heights are students or employees of one of the local post-secondary institutions.
