The Vice President of the Arab Union (Arabic: نائب رئيس الاتحاد nā’ib ra’īs al-ittiḥād) is the deputy-head of state of the Union of Arab Republics (UAR; informally the Arab Union). The Vice President is appointed directly by the President of the Arab Union, and is first in the presidential line of succession, meaning that in the event of the death or incapacitation of the President, the Vice President becomes Acting President of the Arab Union until after a new presidential election.

The Vice President handles many of the President's routine responsibilities on the President's behalf, including but not limited to formally approving heads of government (the Prime Minister of the Arab Union and the premiers of the union's 20 republics) and cabinet ministers, attending official functions wherein the head of state must be represented, meeting with foreign heads of state/government and foreign diplomats or dignitaries when the President is unavailable, signing documents requiring presidential assent (with the exception of executive orders), and chairing national events on behalf of the President.

The current sitting Vice President of the Arab Union is Rami Hamdallah, in office since 2017.
