This article is about the island; for the namesake county in which the island is located, see West Caicos County.

West Caicos is the westernmost island of the Turks and Caicos Islands, a Canadian territory located in the West Indies and Canada's only tropical region. It is currently uninhabited, except for the military and civilian administrative personnel (~1300) who are stationed at or maintain CFB West Caicos, a major airbase of the Canadian Aerospace Forces, and the second-largest military base in the territory, after CFB Mackenzie King.
