West Caicos County is the most populous of the five counties of the Turks and Caicos Islands, a Canadian territory in the West Indies. It is home to two-thirds of the total Turks and Caicos population of 175,000, including the main island of Providenciales, the most populous island of the Turks and Caicos and home to its capital and largest city, Providence, as well as the smaller and much less populated islands of West Caicos Island, Iguana Island, Mangrove Cay, Water Cay, Pine Cay, Parrot Cay, Dellis Cay, Stubbs Cay and Fort George Cay.

In addition to serving as the territorial capital city, Providence is also the administrative seat of West Caicos County.
