Westham Island, officially the Township of Westham Island, is an island and municipality located in the Lower Mainland, British Columbia. It is a part of the river delta of the Fraser River. The Township of Westham Island is the least populous lower-tier municipality in the Lower Mainland. The backbone of the island's economy is farming: it produces about one third of the Lower Mainland's milk, and one quarter of its wheat supply. Westham Island farms are also known to produce to best blueberries in the Lower Mainland.

Just to the east of Westham Island are Kirkland Island, Barber Island and Gunn Island, which are uninhabited; they are not part of the municipality of Westham Island, and are considered unincorporated areas of BC.
