Jump to navigationJump to searchThe Estate Council of the Thirteen Islands (Basque: Hamahiru Uharteen Finka Kontseilua; Killarne: Combailch Mænnola Innsa Treddæg) is the incorporated municipal council of the Thirteen Islands, one of the 30 "estates" (local government areas) of the Duchy of Biscay. As the Thirteen Islands are in fact uninhabited, unlike the other 29 estates, the Estate Council of the Thirteen Islands meets in Portua, the capital and largest city of the duchy located on the main island of Santua.
