The Ibrahimia Municipal Council (Arabic: المجلس البلدي للإبراهيمية al-majlis al-baladī lil-ibrāhīmiyah) is the municipal government of Ibrahimia, the federal capital of the Arab Union. As Ibrahimia is a district municipality under the direct control of the Arab Union federal government, outside the jurisdiction of any union republic, the Ibrahimia Municipal Council was formed via a process of devolution, namely the Municipal Act, 2000 passed by the Arab Congress.

The Ibrahimia Municipal Council uses the mayor-council system of government: residents elect the Mayor of Ibrahimia once every four years, who then appoints the rest of the Municipal Council which functions as the mayor's cabinet. The Municipal Council has its headquarters at Ibrahimia Municipal Hall in the Khan Joulan borough of central Ibrahimia. The council also funds the official mayor's residence in the borough of Kiryat Abed.
