The Main Directorate of Military Medicine (Arabic: الادارة الرئيسية للطبّ العسكري al-idārah ar-ra’īsīyah liṭ-ṭibb al-‘askarīyah) is an agency of the Palestinian government subordinate to the Ministry of Defence. It is tasked with providing medical support at all operational levels within the Palestinian Armed Forces, including training frontline medical staff, and operating triage, field hospitals, and surgical centres, as well as permanent facilities away from combat areas. All medical personnel attached to military units are trained and equipped by the directorate. The directorate is overseen by a committee of the Ministry of Health, which licenses medical professionals and ensures the directorate's adherence to national healthcare standards.
The incumbent Main Director of Military Medicine is Dr. Hossein Saleh, a serving Major General in the Medical Corps of the Palestinian Army.
