Moassatel (Arabic: مؤستعل muʾassataʿl; an acronym of مؤسسة الاعلام الاتحادي muʾassasat al-iʿlām al-ittiḥādī; lit. "Union Media Enterprise") is the primary and largest public broadcaster of the Arab Union, with several radio and television stations and a dedicated news website and other electronic media, as well as multiple specialised subsidiaries in said categories. It is headquartered at Media House on the western side of Station Square in downtown Nasser City. Originally established in 1959 one year after the creation of the United Arab Republic as the Union Media House, it took on its contemporary form and modern name at the start of 1970. The largest domestic and global broadcaster by both number of employees and active field reporters, Moassatel maintains 24/7 radio and television news channels in both Arabic- and English-language versions.

Funded via the State Media Committee, Moassatel enjoys a level of media freedom and lack of censorship from above incomparable to most state broadcasters around the world, arguably including the BBC and other Western mainstream media outlets. The most recent foreign conducted poll, dating to 2022, found an estimated 77% of respondents considered the network "virtually lacking in bias whatever", and an estimated 17.5% finding it to be "susceptible to bias at times but, for the most part, more or less unbiased in nature"; the remaining estimated 5.5% considered it to be "mostly" or "virtually entirely biased in nature". Its news stations are notable for being completely commercial-free, with the sole exception of advertisements for upcoming Moassatel news programs and bulletins; the network serves as the primary means of distributing official federal government announcements to the public, however these are always presented as such with it being made clear said announcements are the government's and do not necessarily reflect the political or editorial opinion of the network. Moassatel maintains republic-specific subsidiaries, each unique to one of the 20 republics of the Arab Union, which present regional and local news coverage as well as official announcements from their respective republic's government; these subsidiaries, however, are only available in Arabic, with an English version available only via the parent (all-union) network.
