North Fraser County is the most populous county in the Canadian province of British Columbia. It is home to the provincial capital of New Westminster and the county seat of Burnaby, as well as Vancouver, British Columbia's most populous city, and thus forms the central and most densely populated part of the ceremonial county of the Lower Mainland, which is coterminous with Metro Vancouver. In December 2020 North Fraser County had an estimated population of 2.77 million, making it by far the most populous of the Lower Mainland's six administrative counties.
