The Peninsular Arab Congress (Arabic: المؤتمر العربي الجزيري al-mu’tamr al-‘arabī al-jazīrī) is the unicameral legislative assembly of the Peninsular Arab Republic, one of the 20 republics of the Arab Union. Its official meeting place is the National Forum in central Riyadh, the capital and largest city of the Peninsular Republic.

The Peninsular Arab Congress consists of 233 seats, each representing roughly 236,000 constituents. The congress uses the first-past-the-post system.

Elections to the congress are held every four years. The party holding the most seats nominates a member (typically the party leader) to chair the executive, who is then confirmed by the President of the Arab Union declared Premier of the Republic. If the premier's party cannot maintain a majority in congress, the opposition can declare a motion of no confidence which if supported by a majority automatically dissolves the republic's executive government and initiates new general elections. The President can also dissolve a republican government and initiate new elections via executive order.
