Aidan II (Atlantic: Aeidhenn a:II; b. 10 April 1644 in Brouchbend, County Tale, d. 17 September 1706 in Kilgard, aged 62) was King of Atlantica Alba and the Personal Realms from 15 April 1660 until his death from pneumonia in 1706. Aidan II's reign lasted 46 years, although his first two years as king saw the appointment of three successive regents due to his minority age. On 10 April 1662, Aidan II celebrated his eighteenth birthday, at which he officially announced his intention to take full control of the royal court; however, Aidan did not achieve absolute control of his government until March 1666, following the failed Rebellion of the Colby.
