Jump to navigationJump to searchThe British Columbia Police Board is a committee of the Attorney General of British Columbia of the Canadian province of British Columbia (BC). It is responsible for recommending the Attorney General's appointment of the Chief Constable of the British Columbia Provincial Police, BC's police service. It is also responsible for supervising the working quality and general performance of the BCPP, and is empowered to hold the provincial police accountable for alleged wrongdoings or violations of regulations as well as deal with official complaints.
