Commissioner of the Turks and Caicos Islands

The Commissioner of the Turks and Caicos Islands is the official representative of the Canadian federal government within the Canadian territory of the Turks and Caicos Islands. The incumbent Commissioner of the Turks and Caicos Islands is Susanne Johnsen, in office since December 2014.

The official residence of the Commissioner while in the the Turks and Caicos is Delegates' House, part of Villa Mirabelle, an official compound on the beach in the capital of Providence, the main house of which (Premier's House) serves as the official workplace and residence of the Premier of the Turks and Caicos Islands (the head of government, who is in charge of the Turks and Caicos Territorial Council, which also meets at Villa Mirabelle).
