The Council of Deputies (Arabic: مجلس النواب majlis an-nuwāb) is one of two nominally equal chambers of the Arab Congress, the federal legislature of the Arab Union. It functions as the de facto "lower chamber" of the Arab Congress, consisting of 488 seats each representing a single electoral district, each more or less equal in population. The Council of Deputies' counterpart "upper chamber" is the Council of Republics, with which it elects the Prime Minister of the Arab Union at a joint plenary session as well as the Presidium of the Arab Congress. The President of the Council of Deputies is elected from amongst its membership, and presides over debates and other legislative proceedings, voting only to break ties.

The Council of Deputies meets in the South Parliament Building in Nasser City.
