Jump to navigationJump to searchThe Mediterranean Administrative Region (Arabic: منطقة البحر المتوسط الإدارية munṭaqat al-baḥr al-mutawassiṭ al-idārīyah) is one of the five administrative regions of the Republic of Palestine. It has nine constituent counties, the second most after the West Bank, but houses the largest population of any of the administrative regions, with close to 10 million people or almost a third of the total national population. The most populous county in the Mediterranean Region is Jaffa County, followed by Gaza County and Haifa County.
