The Nasser City Ministry of Justice (Arabic: وزارة العدل لمدينة الناصر wuzārat al-‘adl li-madīnat an-nāṣir) is an executive department of the Cabinet of the Mayor of Nasser City, the federal capital district of the Arab Union. It is responsible for the administration of justice in Nasser City, as well as supervising the capital's civilian law enforcement agencies, namely the Nasser City Police Service.

It is headed by the Solicitor General of Nasser City, also known as the Nasser City Minister of Justice, who represents the state in all legal proceedings in the capital city below the federal level, often indirectly as the Solicitor General oversees several subordinate prosecutors; federal prosecutions are instead handled by the Attorney General of the Arab Union, a member of the federal government (who primarily works in Nasser City as it is the federal capital and therefore the location of the Supreme Court of the Arab Union and Arab Union Court of Appeals).
