The North Fraser County Department of Justice (NFCDJ) is the Crown prosecution authority of North Fraser County, British Columbia (BC), which is one of several executive departments of the North Fraser County Council. It is led by the Secretary of Justice of North Fraser County, who is appointed by the county manager on advice of the county council.

The department's Office of the County Crown Attorney is responsible for the prosecution of all legal claims and charges within the county at the municipal and county level, while provincial-level matters are handled by the BC Ministry of Justice and Attorney General, which also oversees the British Columbia Provincial Police and the British Columbia Sheriff Service.
