Buqata (Arabic: بقعاثا; Hebrew: בוקעאתא) is a Druze town which forms part of the Syrian municipality and township of Jebel Hermonat in the northern Golan Heights. According to the December 2020 census, Buqata had a population of 6610, accounting for nearly half of the total population of Jebel Hermonat. The town's economy is centred primarily on agriculture, as well as the Tell Fakhar Military Museum, a moderately popular tourist destination located about 2 kilometres to Buqata's northeast.
