Marcus Michael Lee (b. 17 February 1971 in Moncton) is the current Chief Constable of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), the civilian law enforcement agency of the Canadian province of Ontario. He assumed office on 17 January 2021. Lee served from 2014 to 2020 as Deputy Chief Constable of the OPP (DCC), and from 2005 to 2014 as one of seven Assistant Chief Constables (ACCs), specifically the ACC in charge of the OPPs province-wide operational division (with the six other ACCs each in charge of a particular regional division.

Lee began his policing career in 1990 at the age of 19 with the New Brunswick Public Security (NBPS), the provincial police of New Brunswick, Lee's home province. By the time he left New Brunswick for Ontario in 1999, Lee held the tank of inspector-general, the fifth highest rank in the NBPS, equivalent to a detective inspector in the OPP and most other provincial police forces. In the spring of 2000, Lee joined the Ontario Provincial Police and was accepted as a detective inspector. By 2004, he was a Chief Superintendent in command of the OPP's main Internal Affairs/Anti-Corruption Division, and in 2005 became ACC of the provincial operational command.
