The Ministry of Justice is an executive department of the Executive Council of Ontario which is responsible for the administration of justice in the Canadian province of Ontario. The Ministry of Justice is headed by the Attorney General of Ontario, who serves as the chief legal advisor to the Premier of Ontario as well as manager of the provincial public security and law enforcement system.

Various agencies and departments are responsible to the Ministry of Justice and thus directly answerable to the Attorney General, including the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and the Ontario Crown Prosecution Service. Corrections Ontario is instead responsible to the Solicitor General of Ontario; however, since the Solicitor General is the official deputy of the Attorney General, Corrections Ontario and other agencies and services answerable to the Solicitor General are ultimately part of the Attorney General's machinery of government.
