Nasser City Central Court
The Nasser City Central Court (Arabic: المحكمة المركزية لمدينة الناصر al-maḥkamah al-markizīyah li-madīnat an-nāṣir) is the top executive body of the Nasser City District Court, the district court system of Nasser City, the federal capital of the Arab Union. The Nasser City Central Court is the largest and seniormost of the 16 courthouses which constitute the Nasser City District Court; the 15 remaining courthouses are each assigned to one of the capital city's 15 boroughs, and are each responsible for handling most of the caseload of the capital's district court system pertaining to their respective borough.
The Nasser City Central Court is administered by the Nasser City Senior Justice, who presides over the district court's most important trials, and directly supervises the Central Court's three puisne justices who preside over other trials heard by the Central Court. The Nasser City Central Court is located on Tishreen Square in the Nasser City borough of Ibrahimia, adjacent to the Nasser City Court of Appeals, the Court of Appeals of the Arab Union and the Supreme Court of the Arab Union.
