The Presidium of the National Progressive Front (Arabic: رئاسة الجبهة التقدمية الوطنية riʾāsat al-jabhah at-taqaddumīyah al-waṭanīyah) is a mostly ceremonial postion within the National Progressive Front (NPF), the Ba'athist-led multi-party united front system which constitutionally governs the Union of Arab Republics (Arab Union). According to the constitution, the Presidium of the National Front serves as the collective head of state of the Arab Union.

The Presidium is a ten-member council of high-ranking politicians who may or may not simultaneously hold roles within the government of the Arab Union (the executive branch, with legislative and judicial officials being excluded. The National Progressive Front elects their Presidium every seven years from amongst senior members in any of the NPF member parties, regardless of whether or not they have previously served as a member of the Arab Congress. The newly elected Presidium then chooses from amongst its ranks a chairperson, who essentially becomes the de facto head of state. However, the chairperson must retain the confidence of the rest of the Presidium to remain chairperson.

Typically, the Chairperson of the Presidium of the National Progressive Front serves simultaneously as National Secretary of the National Command of the Ba'ath Party as well as the Secretary of the Party's Military Presidium, in effect making them the Paramount Leader of the Arab Union.
