Strathcona County is one of the ten counties of the Canadian province of Vancouver Island. It is located in the middle-north portion of the namesake main island (Vancouver Island), and also includes Quadra Island and the eight other Discovery Islands. The capital and largest city of Strathcona County is Campbell River, an important fishing and port city of the mid-island. With a 2020 population of approximately 211,400, Strathcona County is the fourth-most populous county in the province.

Strathcona County is the northernmost county in the province to be served by the Inland Island Highway, the primary multi-lane expressway connecting the major settlements of Vancouver Island proper, which begins in Victoria at the southern tip of the island and ends mid-island at Campbell River, the last major urban area of the island. All eight counties south of Strathcona County are traversed by the Inland Island Highway.
