The Royal Esquimalt Constabulary (REC) is the county constabulary (local civilian police) of Esquimalt County, the most populous of the Canadian province of Vancouver Island's ten counties, including all its constituent incorporated municipalities and unincorporated communities. It is the second-largest law enforcement agency in the province, after the Vancouver Island Sheriff Service (VISS). Its jurisdiction includes the city of Victoria, the capital and most populous municipality of Vancouver Island.
